Haiyan Xingchen Handtool Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, located in Haiyan County of Jiaxing City in Zhejing Province, well known as west of Shanghai, to east of Hangzhou, with convenient transportation. The plant covers an area of 16,000 square meters, with advanced production equipment and high precision professional product testing equipment. 

The Company is engaged in the production of adjustable wrenches. The products are more than 30 species of various series, including European, and American styles,with annual production capacity of 6 million pieces, the products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries in the world.
